The Capitol Hill Art Walk is an engaging and fun way for enthusiastic attendees, businesses, and artists to connect and celebrate our vibrant, artsy neighborhood. Highlighting a variety of artistic expression, the Art Walk continues to grow along with the neighborhood, bringing more opportunities for artists, more support for local businesses and more enjoyment for residents.
The Capitol Hill Art Walk is a community event held each 2nd Thursday of the month, 5–8pm and later. All businesses and artistic spaces on Capitol Hill are welcome to participate. Host venues are responsible for arranging their own Art Walk event (visual art show, performance, film, etc.). Please contact us at CapitolHillArtsWalk@gmail.com for more information to sign up as a participating venue for an upcoming Art Walk, learn about upcoming submission deadlines and more. *All show and event information must be emailed in at least 10 days prior to the upcoming Art Walk date in order to be included in the monthly online Art Walk listings.
The Capitol Hill Art Walk team does not manage or arrange Art Walk programming. Rather, venues make arrangements directly with artists/performers they’d like to showcase. If you are an artist or performer interested in getting booked into a Capitol Hill Art Walk venue, we recommend checking out the current list on our home page, visit some locations which may be a good fit for your style, and inquire with them directly.
